Would never go anywhere else! I had a pleasure of working with Andrew Sciranko in Service this past week. Jeff and AJ usually handle my service needs however they were both out and I had a pleasure of working with Andrew Sciranko in Service this past week. Jeff and AJ usually handle my service needs however they were both out and Andrew stepped up to the plate to handle my issue. He was professional and handled my claim in a timely manner. I always knew what the status was of my Jeep and he also helped me with transportation while the it was being serviced. Even though I usually work with another service associate Andrew has always been pleasant and treated me like his own customer. I will continue to refer people to this dealership..."Why go anywhere else" :) More
Great Service, Great Experience, Happy Mom! All my daughter ever wanted was a black Jeep TJ! We bought her one for her 16th birthday. From day 1 we have taken it to Lake Norman for service and All my daughter ever wanted was a black Jeep TJ! We bought her one for her 16th birthday. From day 1 we have taken it to Lake Norman for service and maintenance. We have always gotten great service at a fair price. Recently, we had to purchase tires for her jeep and had so many questions about the right size and style to buy before she goes off to college. We spoke with Andrew Sciranko who was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us going over our options and helping us to make the best choice. He was exceptional. As a parent, you want to know you are putting your child on the road in the safest way possible. I can be hard to deal with but he was very patient and walked us through the whole process with great customer service and professionalism. We wouldn't go anywhere else. More

I have always been pleased, but have rarely shared this positive feedback publicly. I've decided I will start doing this. This is a great dealership who has always given me a great price on a vehicle. The service department is hands down the best service department of any dealership I have ever encountered. Great Job! poor customer service my 2012 dodge grand caravan was towed in to there dealership with a transmission problem , ( well known TSB on the 2010 to 2014 caravans of a loud clu my 2012 dodge grand caravan was towed in to there dealership with a transmission problem , ( well known TSB on the 2010 to 2014 caravans of a loud clunking going to drive or reverse AND a intermittent shudder in reverse) the service advisor stated there was no loaner cars available and there was a two week waiting list for loaners (a unnamed employee said they tell everyone that) so I went into the waiting room because I was stranded and decided to call dodge CS and complain about the loaner car problem and low and behold like magic a loaner appeared POOF ! the next day I was called by the advisor and he stated he himself drove the car around the block and said there is nothing wrong with it which they knew the car didn't have a driving problem to start with (see above TSB) then he said they have to have the loaner can back by the end of the day and I connot keep it ??? no mention of the transmission being internally checked or electronically??? I said there is something wrong , new cars should buck in reverse , please check it over inside and out , I was then told my car is" drivable" and come now to pick it up otherwise we will charge you for the loaner as a rental , I got mad and said no and got off the phone with him called dodge CS back and complained again CS called the dealer , the dealer said they will check the van on the lift on Monday , ok good , told the dealer I didn't want to deal with chuck anymore because he was very pushy about getting the loaner back and had little or no concern about my tranny problem or concerns so on Monday I spoke to another employee after the advisor cept calling me AFTER I told them I didn't want to deal with him and the service manger never bothered to call me or speak with me after many requests to talk with him , I went to pick up the van on that tues morning , none of the advisors would speak with me or the service mgr , I had to go the service desk to get my keys then when I got in my van there was trash on the floor of my drivers side , the passenger seat was racked all the way back like someone was napping during a test drive ,the receipt stated they fully inspected the vehicle and test drove it on the highway?? why? well I got in got on the hwy and the steering wheel was shaking violently and the car was shaking and vibrating I pulled over to see what was wrong??? looked under the van didn't see anything , I didn't want to go back to that lousy dealer so drove it home very slowly , had it checked by another mechanic they found the tire pressure on the LF was 23psi the RF was 45psi and both rears were 50psi ??? I checked the cold pressure before driving the van when it was towed there @ 36psi cold on all fours , and the left front lugs were loose as well had the tire pressure we adjusted and all the lugs re torqued to the factory scecs on all fours and the problem disappeard ...funny how that was??? lake norman dodge SUCKS ! never bring your car there More
Jeep and soft top wash service I purchased the 19.95 vehicle wash service. Mark washed my Jeep Rubicon and cleaned the soft top. It had years of tree sap on it and was very weathere I purchased the 19.95 vehicle wash service. Mark washed my Jeep Rubicon and cleaned the soft top. It had years of tree sap on it and was very weathered. He spent additional time cleaning it and it looks brand new. He definitely went beyond my expectations. I really appreciate the extra effort. Nice job. More
Service- Andrew As a female, I generally avoid car service places. I tend to think I will be over charged or unsure about work done. However, Andrew approached my jeep while I was there for a car wash. He noted there was an issue with red clay stuck in side view mirror and causing residual dripping down door ( always looked dirty). This was the 4th wash and no one had noticed and that's a big deal since it was brand new!!! Since then he has helped with improvements and any service needs on both our vehicles. Andrews' excellent customer service skills and reasonable rates, keep us returning. More
exceptional care service with a touch of friendship I purchased my 2012 Chrysler 300 in November of 2012 at Lake Norman Chrysler in Corneluis, NC (this is my 3rd 300) and Andrew Sciranko has been my se I purchased my 2012 Chrysler 300 in November of 2012 at Lake Norman Chrysler in Corneluis, NC (this is my 3rd 300) and Andrew Sciranko has been my service advisor. He is great, owing not so much to his broad knowledge of the Chrysler line of products, but primarily to his care and effort in pleasing the customer and relating to his needs and concerns. I am fussy about my cars and treat them with "loving care" and Andrew sensed that immediately. For example, mechanics usually have dirty hands from working around grease and oil and when I mentioned to Andrew that I did not want my interior, especially the leather wrapped steering wheel, to be soiled, he took it upon himself to drive my car into the service bay and out of the service bay when service was completed by the mechanic. He also reminded me of the free car washes and always had my 300 cleaned before I left. Andrew and I have become friends and I rely on him for much advice and suggestions. As an example to the latter, I had told Andrew when I visited him in his office that I wanted to sell my Ford F-150 Supercrew pick-up truck and replace it with a Chrysler SUV. I was torn between the Jeep Grand Cherokee and the Dodge Durango (both Chrysler products) and asked Andrew for his advice and suggestions. He steered me towards the Dodge Durango which I eventually purchased several weeks ago and couldn't be happier and I owe this to Andrew. We will be friends forever and this is such a unique experience for me to have someone I rely on and trust very much to take care of my vehicles in a professional manner and be a friend in addition. More
