I was interested in a new truck. I emailed back and forth with Mr. Salzman after he was referred to me. He could have sold me a brand new truck; however, I received an email about a day later about an opport with Mr. Salzman after he was referred to me. I went to look at it and was introduced to Nathan York. I have always had a negative mentality about salesman and car dealerships. I have to tell you my experience with Lake Norman Dodge has completely changed that. Nathan York, and all of Jack's staff are extremely friendly non-pushy very helpful individuals. I recommend if you are going to purchase a vehicle give these guys a try. Nathan goes way out of his way to get things done and puts the customer as his number one priority. I have to say the same about their finance guy Tony Zorn. He worked extremely hard for us. They are all a very big asset, not only to the dealership but to the customers of the dealership. Originally found this dealer through my NRA membership for an online discounted purchase. Went to visit on Saturday worked the deal with Mark Mosayebi. Amanda Schrider was great to work with on partial financing of my new car. Once the deal was done, Mark drove to Kernersville to pick me up in the new car and I drove back to the dealership for a good test drive of the vehicle and finalizing the purchase. I went to numerous dealerships looking for the right vehicle. I called LN CJP while driving around and the told me they would find the right Jeep for me. Folks, they did! I am a very, very picky buyer and I do my research before hand. I worked them like Mike Tyson in his prime and had them on the ropes the whole time. But, they never backed down. They worked it out so that my every whim and request was met. The word "no" was not in their vocabulary. If I needed this changed or that replaced they made it happen. You just don't get that in dealerships these days. They want to throw you in any old vehicle to get the sale. I would tell anyone and I am telling everyone. If you want a vehicle, go get it from this dealership. Flagship dealership doesn't even begin to describe this place. I am now in my dream Jeep, with dream features, for a dream price. More
