I put in an online request for financing and Willie Brown called and sent me an email immediately. I had been put through the ringer at other car dealerships, they ran my credit points down, and then would n called and sent me an email immediately. I needed stable transportaion that was roomy for my family, and had a good warranty, good on gas, and looked good. I didnt even want to step foot inside a dealership unless they could secure me I wasnt wasting my time again. Willie Brown assured me that it was going to be ok, I sent him all my verifications, I told him about the loan, he replied the same day that he would find something that would work for me and my family. Willie found me a 2012 Dodge Journey (van/Jeep crossover. Its good on gas, its sporty, its has a good warranty. I get free tires for life of the vehicle, free oil changes for two years, bumper to bumper warranty, and a whole lot of coupons for discounts off service. Christina was awesome, really down to earth, she helped me pick out the GAP insurance, extra tire and rim coverage (meaning they will get replaced if just about anythings happens to them), mechanical breakdown coverage, and I think "Zurich sheild", it keep my car cleaned if anything get spilled on the inside, I can take it as much as I want to get it washed and shampooed in the inside. Ahhhhhhh, hassle free, worry free. Craig, was cordial - the manager, he came over to make sure everything was good and smiled. Hayley who worked at the front desk was responsive. Amanada in financing sealed the final paperwork and was very clear in explaining the finacing terms, I felt informed and sure of the process after leaving her office. Willie Brown came to congradulate me again, he explained everything I needed to know about my car before pulling off in my brand new journey. The worst part about my visit was the breif and short lived moment of silence I gave to my old 2007 Kia Sedona before blowing it a kiss and pulling off in my swankey new Journey. Thanks alot Willie Brown, you saved my situation at the time most needed. We were very pleased with the service received at this dealership when we went to "look" at a new Jeep. Tony Williams was exceptionally friendly and accommodating--so much so that we ended up purchasing dealership when we went to "look" at a new Jeep. Tony Williams was exceptionally friendly and accommodating--so much so that we ended up purchasing the vehicle! Years ago, I had been to this dealership and thought that I'd never return, but it's obvious that a different owner has made a big difference. So far, I've been impressed with the service dept, too, and it appears that attention to customer service doesn't end at Sales, which is quite often not the case. Yesterday I was hoping to buy a new car and today I have it. Christine Campo made it so easy I was amazed! She was warm and friendly from the start and told us all the information we required. She found a car that met our needs (Dodge Dart Turbo) and brought it in for us since it was raining. She was very patient and didn't talk too much or push during the test ride, it almost felt like she wasn't there. She gave us honest answers, we could tell she was being sincere with us, if there was anything she didn't know she found it out and did not forget to tell us. Additionally, she has a good relationship with one of the managers, Russell Owen, who was also very helpful. The two of them finish the process very smoothly, without pushing us or giving us 'hard faces/looks' and were flexible enough with the car we were trading in. We finish with Christina Bartolotta to do the paperwork, who was also very efficient, easy to understand and friendly. The whole process was very easy. I highly recommend this team, specially Christine, to all my family and friends. More

I had put in other inquiries with other delerships as well but no one called me back from them until later in the day. I was impressed by Careys quick reply to my inquiry. Upon my arrival he immediately greeted me and had the vehicle washed and ready for my viewing and test drive. He was extremely personable and helpful making for a quick flawless car purchase. I also have to mention Christina B. my finance contact. She was as well efficient and friendly. Upon seeing my quoted insurance rate she contacted her personal insurance agent and would up saving me $500 a year on my premium. That was above and beyond her job entailed. I highly recommend Carey, Christina and the dealership in all. IT was a clean and plesant showroom with very friendly employees. I was highly satisfied with my experience. More

I felt like we were in and out. Another thing that made this experience the best at an auto dealer is that they did not ignore our 4 year old son. Typically you take a child in somewhere like this and the sales people act like they don't exist.
