Just to fill you in briefly, my credit score wasn't the greatest. I visited four major dealerships before visiting Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. At each of the prior dealerships I left feeling uneasy, and discouraged about my car search. So last, but not least I called Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep dodge :) In my mind this would be my last attempt with my car search. I started working with Willie Brown. His calm and caring demeanor was a breath of fresh air! He explained my credit situation with me, and has lead me down a path to clean up my credit. He gave me tips and pointers to purchase the car of dreams! His knowledge is exceptional. He not only was honest with me about my current credit situation, but gave me tips on how to improve my credit overall going forward. The finance team as well was amazing! Christina was very kind, and explained my options to me without sugar coating anything. The prior dealerships was beating around the bush, or gave me unrealistic options that wasn't in my favor. Christina was very understanding and gave me options that would be in my favor. My experience overall made me change my opinion about dealerships. Did some on line research for Jeep Grand Cherokees one night and Internet sales person Mark Mosayebi contacted Easiest Car Buying Experience ever! Did some on line research for Jeep Grand Cherokees one night and Internet sales person Mark Mosayebi contacted me first thing the next morning by phone. I was very upfront on what I wanted and at what price, Mark emailed me what he had in stock that matched what I was looking for, and he nailed it right down to the color. I drove past the Chrysler dealership 5 minutes from my house, about 30 miles out of my way and was hoping no surprises were waiting for me (I have bought 2 cars from the dealership 5 minutes from my house). When I arrived every single person I came into contact with was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Mark had the car waiting out front that I was interested in, we test drove it, then sat down for to look at the numbers. Low and behold NO surprised. He showed me several options as far as down payment vs. payments and everything was as we discussed. I WAS THRILLED! They even gave me a fair trade in price on my car, no backdoor surprises either. On Labor Day weekend I went to “look at cars”. I had no intention of buying one yet. I knew I couldn’t afford one and I was just looking. I went to a dealership that was closer to where I lived, and did s intention of buying one yet. I knew I couldn’t afford one and I was just looking. I went to a dealership that was closer to where I lived, and did see something I was interested in, but the salesman pushed me into looking at something I knew I couldn’t afford. I left that place and went to Lake Norman Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram for one more look. I was greeted at the door by Maggie Carrigan, and did I say greeted? Yes, not bombarded or attacked. Maggie made us feel very welcome and let us walk around and browse and never pressured us, yet was very helpful. It was pouring rain and she made sure I got to see everything I was interested in. I found exactly what I wanted. I talked to the finance rep, Bryan Kanabroski and he made it possible for me to buy my 2008 Jeep Patriot. I didn’t think that was possible. He was great. The next day I drove it home. It was a great experience. I will go back there when I buy my next vehicle. Everyone was warm and friendly and looked like they enjoyed their jobs. AND most important…. I love my Jeep! I’ve put about 3000 miles on it since Labor Day and it runs great, looks great and is exactly what I wanted. More
