After a few weeks of ownership we realized it didnt fit our lifestyle very well. So in December I called Mark and told him we wanted to trade for a 2013 Ram 1500 Express quad cab. After the phone call we went to the dealership and Mark had a fully loaded 2012 Ram 1500 quad cab that they had left on the lot. We traded that afternoon. Surprisingly they didn't even blink an eye. We took care of all the paperwork through the internet and 1 day mail. They let my dad test drive the truck for me and once the truck was mine he was able to take home and bring it to me. The price was reasonable and much cheaper than anything out here in Arkansas! After dealing with several Chrysler dealers and not getting the deal I was looking for in price, I decided to email Lake Norman Chrysler and see what offers they had. Within 30 min of emailing them I received a phone call from one of the online car salesman Sam DeWitt. All I can say is from that moment on, the costumer service was above and beyond my expectations. He was friendly and was very pleasant to speak to. I told Sam I didn't want to waste his time or mine if I wasn't able to get the deal that I wanted. He was honest with me from the beginning and told me he would try his best on giving me the deal that I was looking for. Over the phone I told Sam the color I wanted and all the other information he needed to make this a smooth transaction. I made an appointment with him for the following weekend.
