Called and scheduled the first routine oil & filter change and tire rotation for my F-150. Scheduling was easy. They took it on time, and I was out and gone within 45 minutes. I waited for eight months for a Synch part to come in, and when it was installed, my remote Synch functions still didn't work. I would call, but it takes about 20 minutes to get through, if at all. My 2022 Explorer had 10K miles on it and needed a oil change/service and I had other things that were not working to my satisfaction. I made an appointment and left it the afternoon before it was due. change/service and I had other things that were not working to my satisfaction. I guess the oil was changed and it was serviced but none of the things that were not working to my satisfaction were fixed. I called the manager six days ago and he was busy.
