Three places of the trim were not assembled back together correctly, and one trim piece was cracked. Lake Keowee also damaged the exterior paint job on my vehicle during the service, which delayed vehicle delivery by four days. Stay away. More

The main problem is that when I got home and reviewed my contract, There was an extended warranty added for $1950 which increased my payments. No one at any time ever offered or went over any extended warranty (sales person nor person doing paperwork) I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and I DO NOT EVER PAY FOR ANY EXTENDED WARRANTY NOR DO I ASK FOR ONE. My signature is on the paper but it was presented to my as if that was my warranty that came with the truck from the factory. NEVER was money discussed.I trusted the staff to be thorough and guide me but I was wrong, Also on the portfolio contract it states that if no coverage is selected in the 1st box than it will be for powertrain coverage, 5 year 60000 miles. The ford Diesel already has 5 year 100000 mile warranty so why would I have purchased a warranty that I could not use. There is nothing checked off in the 1st box. Upon finding this out, I called sales person who passed me off to paperwork person. He was more interested in me not giving a bad review that he even asked me to not fill out review if it was going to be bad. so it did not go against salesman. I am thoroughly disgusted with your dealership and will possibly pass this on to the BBB. I guess thats the thanks that I get for spending $64000 More

The master system had to be reset, (kinda a pain b/c all addresses and radio station presets had to be re-set, then the car had to be driven in figure 8s around a parking lot to recalibrate the GPS compass. After a week of driving we found the transmission acting up, so we called to get car looked at it took 3 weeks to get the car in, then in a day they said it was fixed, got the car back and same issue so we returned to get it look at, the mechanic road with us and told us it was transmission flutter and all of them did it and Ford wouldn't fix it until it got above a certain level and ours wasn't at that level, so i wanted to speak to the manager and they gave me Randy who was great at explaining things to me but it didn't fix our car, it will probably mess up when warranty is gone. He brought me the report out and showed me where this car was in shop at 7900 miles with the same issue, if we would've gotten our report before purchase we wouldn't have purchased it. so we were lied to. Know one else has contacted me about this issue and im disappointed. I want it to be known I will never purchase another car from these guys, all they care about is a sale not honesty. i will share with everyone I know how we were treated and lied too. And to top all this off the gentlemen in the shop the parts counter guy was a complete jerk to my girlfriend as well as me, his name was Allen if you care to know. This was the worse experience ever buying a vehicle. More
