2018 Ford Focus purchase My wife and I were interested in a small, affordable, fuel efficient car for commuting; primarily a Fiesta, Focus, or Ecosport. We had walked several My wife and I were interested in a small, affordable, fuel efficient car for commuting; primarily a Fiesta, Focus, or Ecosport. We had walked several car lots on Sundays so we wouldn't be rushed, and could take our time discussing the sizes of the cars, features, and prices. We did online research and decided to test drive a Fiesta. Also we were interested in 2018 dealer holdovers to save money, and Keowee Ford had several. We went to Keowee Ford on a Monday evening and met with a Salesperson (Chantz). He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. We test drove a 2018 Fiesta and a 2018 Focus. Chantz allowed us time to compare both, talk it over in private, and we decided we would like to purchase the Focus. Even though it had become late in the evening, Chantz and the Finance Manger (Aaron) worked with us on the price and loan terms to get us within our financial goals. The next day Chantz had the Focus cleaned and fueled up and Tuesday evening we had completed delivery. We felt it was pleasant, straightforward, and honest car buying experience! More

The only reason they stopped to ask was because the secretary came back and greeted me, and asked what I needed; after that they couldn’t find the service guy. It seemed as if he was the only service employee on at the time and he seemed as is he was busy. I believe his name was Cody, and he was friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns in regards to my car, and was courteous, making me feel better from when I first walked in , and I was starting to second guess myself and choice of dealership when it came to trusting them with my car. After dropping my car off and the initial bad impression from when I first walked in it went smoothly from there, and service when I came back to get my car was fast, courteous and better then expected. Overall I am satisfied and will return when needed. However, I hope that next time my experience will not just end well , but start off well next time too. More

Found my dream truck I had a very specific truck that I was looking for and they had one on their lot that was perfect.
