Very disappointed with delivery of the vehicle We arrived at the appointed time with everything we were to bring including 2 trade in vehicles that were much cleaner than the new vehicle we were pu We arrived at the appointed time with everything we were to bring including 2 trade in vehicles that were much cleaner than the new vehicle we were purchasing. The purchased vehicle was supposed to have a bed liner which was not installed. The dealership had 4 days to get the vehicle ready for customer pick up. The vehicle had mud spots all over including the bed and running boards . Inside the vehicle had not been cleaned and mud and dirt was on panels and carpet. The salesperson told us he had taken it back twice to get cleaned, but to no avail. Chris our sales person did the best he could and he was very helpful and courteous. Negotiating for this vehicle was very easy and I was very impressed with Steve's quick response. Everything was first class until we picked up the vehicle. Although the dealership agreed to pay for the bed liner, it has imposed an imposition for me to try and get this completed as I don't plan on staying hours to get it completed. More

Just as happy with the service as with the Explorer I arrived at my appointment time, and Cody took possession of the car almost immediately. He kept me informed about the progress they were making for my 20,000 mile checkup. In just over an hour, they returned the Explorer to me, with the good news that all was in order. I had a good service experience (I have had others in the past, too), just as I was very pleased with the sales process last year. I'm not looking forward to purchasing another car any time soon, but when I must, Lake Keowee Ford will be my first stop. More
