15,000 mile service oil change. I was disappointed in how long it took to get my oil changed this time. This was the 3rd time I have come in for an oil change. I made my appointment I was disappointed in how long it took to get my oil changed this time. This was the 3rd time I have come in for an oil change. I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance for 10:00 on the 5th. I arrived at 9:30. It was over an hour before my car was moved from where I parked it. I sat in the waiting area long enough to watch a whole soccer game (90 minutes) plus it went into overtime. Then the college football games started. I was finally able to leave at 12:20. I know some services take time but not an oil change. I could have done it faster myself. I hope next time will be better. More
