Didn’t get all the service I paid for Had my daughters car serviced 11/2/2019. She was suppose to have the 15,000 mile maintenance which included oil change, fluids topped, and tire rotati Had my daughters car serviced 11/2/2019. She was suppose to have the 15,000 mile maintenance which included oil change, fluids topped, and tire rotation and an overall checkpoint list completed. We only received oil change. Nothing else. And that took 2 hours and 45 mins. We are very disappointed because before this we were very satisfied. Someone is not doing their job and we paid for services that were not done. I will never trust this service department again. Everyone better watch out because they may pay for services and it never got done. Watch your invoices and checkpoint lists so you don’t get ripped off! More
