Great Outcome I negotiated the deal for a F150 Lariat Sport 4x2 completely online and over the phone but had a change of heart once on site. Ended up going with a F150 Lariat 4x4 and they ended up honoring the same discount I had gotten on the Sport. It took a little back and forth but ultimately, I got what I asked for and even had the truck delivered along with the paperwork so no Finance Mgr experience! Absolutely Worthless Don’t buy from this dealership. They cannot back their product with repair. I bought a F1 50 in 2013 and have yet to have it properly repaired at this dealership. I have a water leak from the hose and needs to be repaired and tomorrow, Monday, December 16, will be the third time I am taking it back to Lake Kiwi to attempt to get it repaired. They have a chronic problem get mechanic that can work on any for products and correct any issues brought before then. At times it takes weeks to get a vehicle in. I brought my truck in two weeks ago for a water leak, they charged me $150 service fee and told me there was nothing wrong with it. A few days later I brought it back with the same water leak that the claimed did not exist. I told him it was the hose connection and after inspecting it they agreed charged me $67 for a hose connector to the engine block. I brought it in Saturday, December 14, Where they stated they repaired it. When I was getting ready to leave the parking lot I realize they had never put the radiator cap back on and I found it on the hood of my truck. This morning Sunday, December 15 I woke up and discovered any freeze under my truck. Upon inspecting the hose connection I discovered that too is leaking. I know that my review will not make much of a difference to anybody who goes on this website but I am Imploring you not to waste your money at this dealership. Go somewhere else go to Edwards go to another state if you have to stay away from Lake Koewee Ford! More

Scheduling and finishing a service I have religiously brought my 2010 Escape to this dealership for servicing for the past seven years, since I bought the car and in the past I was happ I have religiously brought my 2010 Escape to this dealership for servicing for the past seven years, since I bought the car and in the past I was happy with the service. On November 9th I brought my car for my usual 5,000 miles "works" service. Louis the scheduler told me when I was checking out that I needed front brakes and that I was due for my 100,000 servicing. We set up the appointment for the 20th of November and I arranged to have the brakes done at that time as well. I also knew that I needed new tires and asked for him to order them and have them put on the car during the same servicing. I brought my car in at 8AM on the 20th. When it was time to pick it up late afternoon, Louis told me that they didn't have time to switch out the tires and that I would have to bring the car back the following day. I explained that I did not want to be without my car for another whole day, that I work and usually had errands to run for work. Louis told me that if I had the car there at 8AM it would be ready by noon. So I had it there at 8AM. When I called at noon, he told me that he would have it for me late afternoon. When I told him that he had promised that I would have it by noon, he told me that his boss bumped me for another. In the meantime I had paid for the tires, mounting and balancing with my 100,000 service bill. When I got there late afternoon, I spoke with Brian the service manager and explained my discontent. Louis claimed that he told me that one of the technicians had bumped me, which I questioned in front of Brian. Louis was basically caling me a liar on top of not having my car ready when promised. Brian took a look at the bill from the day before, saw that I had already paid for the four tire replacement, mounting and balancing. It was apparent that Brian was not happy about the situation. Brian waived the cost of the allignment and gave me his card with a notation of a free "works" service the next time I needed to bring my car in. After all of the above, in checking my invoice, I find that the front brakes were never replaced! I cannot continue bringing my car in for service to this place when my safety is at stake I have known other Ford owners who have left this Ford dealership service for the same reasons. Now that I have experienced this myself I feel it necessary for me to find a more reliable service center. More
