So we met Kevin through an online post for a Subaru that our daughter liked. He was very responsive and helpful so we drove 4+ hours to see and tesliste ed to . While we were there, I mentioned that I would like to “look” at a Flex. So after the Subaru deal was completed and while they were detailing the Subaru, he let me test drive a 2019 Flex. I Loved it. But it was out of my price range - I had just bought one car- what was I thinking. So Kevin listened to my concerns about costs and what I wanted, showed me a used one with the features I wanted. Made me a great offer and had it delivered! That is seriously the best customer service I have had in a long time! More

intermitent tire pressure sensor fault Took the vehicle back when I got a fault after first visit and worked with it until found 2 existing sensors not working properly. Replaced those. I appreciate them doing this to work with me on a moments notice because the fault did not happen all the time and you never knew when it would. Only issue I ended up with is foot prints on my running board, carpet and floor pad that really should not have happened. More

I live in Maryland but visited South Carolina over New Years to visit family. He did hours of work working out details and plans to help to have the deal done and the suv to be at my inlaws when we arrived in town. Going way above and beyond helping me and doing thing to make the deal a suprise for my wife..even after i agreed to the sale. I have never done a deal like this over the phone and was very nervous but Mike sent every picture i asked for and made me feel comfortable and showed me he could be trusted and was not just trying to be a "salesman" i can honestly say i couldnt have asked for a better person to deal with.
