Not Satisfied I have never been charged for a little extra oil, but was charged for extra quart on this visit. Also said my wheel lug nuts were bad. They changed them all with standard lug nuts not Ford as they took off. Part of one lug nut is missing cap. . I did not notice until I got home. Could not help on this visit with my sync issue, not working. Was not satisfied with this visit. More

Caleb Lomax, my salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable, and interesting to talk with. Worked with me and very quickly got the price I was looking for, so traded my 2011 F-150 in for the Ranger. Everything went smoothly with the purchase, and I would definitely consider Lake Keowee Ford if I was in the market for Ford products. More

Like the first item: it rained on the car ( about a month later) I have a garage generally.. The front pass seat was flooded ..followed soon by a bad cluster-- I dont live near Keeowee Ford. My tech suspected the car had previously been hit and then repaired but not reported on CAR fax. Surely that car had been rained on before I bought it in the lot. I even on the drive home -- the tire sensor come on .. n big issue - I just re-set it but - that was irritating to be on the highway with my new car.. and a indicator light on.. I even bought a warrantee which I did not catch till later ( Iam NOT a numbers person ) I was told the warrantee (after a lot of debate) would be reduced. It was not .. all this after I taken possession of the car. I cant in all good conscious say Id recommend the dealership to anyone. More
