The man was super nice. There were a lot of trucks to look at and review. The finance people were helpful. Cody was extremely helpful and prompt with my service as he always is. Spoke to shelly and when I asked to speak to Cody she rolled her eyes at me then told me to have a seat in the lounge area and she woul he always is. Not Satisfied I have never been charged for a little extra oil, but was charged for extra quart on this visit. Also said my wheel lug nuts were bad. They changed them all with standard lug nuts not Ford as they took off. Part of one lug nut is missing cap. . I did not notice until I got home.
