I brought my suv at your dealership and then moved to Spartanburg. With the suv i also brought two brand new tires.It was time to do my service and i went to hyundai where i needed to do my alignment. I Spartanburg. With the suv i also brought two brand new tires.It was time to do my service and i went to hyundai where i needed to do my alignment. I was also told the tires i brought less than a year were bad. I called YOUR dealership and was told to come down. I drove 1hr 30mins and after waiting 2hrs was told all i had to do was my alignment and replace the front bulb of my headlight. I told cody who was the person i spoke to get it done and i waited an extra 4hrs. In total i had to wait 6hrs to get an alignment done on my car. So many people came and got thier service and left while i waited for 6hrs. Finally after losing my temper they finally got around to doing a very shoddy job and the person who replaced the bulb for my headlight did not even have the courtesy of putting the rubber in place. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER and i am telling everyone never to go your place to buy a car or get it serviced. I cannot believe how badly i was treated. You guys have the worse customer service ever!! More
