I was deceived/scammed out of an optional service that cost $700 when purchasing my vehicle. When I was in the office with Don Estlung, I asked about this service when handed a brochure. He replied it wa cost $700 when purchasing my vehicle. When I was in the office with Don Estlung, I asked about this service when handed a brochure. He replied it was included in the price of the vehicle. Days later after completing the transaction, I realized that he lied. It was a totally optional service, and they threw it in when I did not ask for it nor did they disclose it. Completely fraudulent dealership and I would not buy a vehicle here again. More
