Always 3 sides to every story! After 2 months after his oil change he shows up and said we did something wrong! I Feel like the guy wants something for nothing and after his 5th review. He changes his story every time and his does. Wish you the best and enjoy your truck. Remember after 2 months! Then all of a sudden we are the bad guys. Not buying your story! Mark Williams

Amazing that Mark Williams does not remember the call we had that Williams admitted Lake Keowee Ford service department incorrectly changed the oil in my truck. I drove an expensive vehicle for many miles without oil due to your service department breaking the oil filter bracket allowing oil to spread everywhere including my garage floor. Remember our conversation ?? Check the recording of the call you reminded me of several times during the call. I also have a recording of the call. Bottom line you refuse to back up any rebuild expense of the engine in my diesel F250 in writing now that the engine is beginning to breakdown due to lack of oil. The reason now for my internet reviews, my BBB complaint and answering questions from Ford Motor Company. Stay tuned. Ford will also not pay for the expense, it is Lake Keowee Ford at fault! Although I will be stuck with a $30k+repair bill, I want current and future customers of Lake Keowee Ford to know the potential risk of an oil change on their expensive vehicle by Lake Keowee Ford. Dealer Rater please publish my response.

Sorry sir, there aren't any facts that you have shown us. There isn't any damage to your truck. You can't find anyone to say that there is or was any damage. You say that you will have to spend 30K on a repair bill? When ? I told you I would buy the truck back for what you paid for it, then you started backtracking! I will say it again Craig, I will buy your truck back for what you paid for it! You In? Or Out?
