Very professional salesmen. I didn’t feel like I was a piece of meat being swarmed by vultures. David took care of us and we purchased two vehicles. I was very disappointed in the service center on my last trip LuldF. I had set up an appointment for a recall on my door latch. i was told it take about 4 hours to complete the work. My appt was 8:00 a.m. and i expected to pick up my truck around noon. I did not hear anything by 1:30 pm, so i called to find out the status of my service. i was told that they were working on it, but they did not give me a time when it would be ready. Since i did not know a time, it tied up my wife and my time until i was notified it was ready. finally, at 4:30 p,m i was told the vehicle was ready for pick up. When i went the service department, i was told the delay was due to approval by Ford to do the work. I did not understand since Ford was the one who sent me the recall information. Regardless, i felt that the service department should have contacted me to give me any update on the progress. Communication between the service dept and myself was very disappointing. I am due a service soon and i am debating about going to another Ford dealership. This will depend on your response to this message. i expect my dealership to be able to communicate with me , when issues arise and to finish work on timely basis.
