I waited for eight months for a Synch part to come in, and when it was installed, my remote Synch functions still didn't work. I would call, but it takes about 20 minutes to get through, if at all. My 2022 Explorer had 10K miles on it and needed a oil change/service and I had other things that were not working to my satisfaction. I guess the oil was changed and it was serviced but none of the things that were not working to my satisfaction were fixed. I called the manager six days ago and he was busy. Thought I had a great experience at Lake Keowee. I thought that's what I could expect after the sale, but turns out once you've paid you no longer matter. If you call they are "busy with customers". Am I not a customer? And if you have an issue it will be "passed to someone above me" or "you'll get a call" well, you won't and it didn't. Currently they are cheating me out of $1800+/- and dragging their feet on refunding me for a canceled warranty. Drive to Greer, DandD is worth it! More
