In June 2012, we had just started looking for a used vehicle and were not really expecting to buy right away. John Crouch was very helpful in finding the vehicle that was best suited for us! He directed us to a 2009 Toyota Highlander which had many of the features that we were looking for in a vehicle. After the test drive we had no interet in looking any further. I would never recommend this dealership. The day of purchase everyone seemed nice but at the same time I felt rushed & because they did not have the car I wanted in my price range I feel like I settled purchase everyone seemed nice but at the same time I felt rushed & because they did not have the car I wanted in my price range I feel like I settled for a car I really wasn't crazy about. Buying a car is a huge decision, I take responsibility in that decision but if I hadn't of felt rushed maybe I would've made the best decision for me. The next day after purchase, less than 24 hrs, my husband called the dealership to see if I could bring the car back & he explained how I was feeling & was told he'd get a call back which he finally got a call back toward the end of the day. They would not let me bring the car back. The contract does say the contract can be canceled if the stellar agrees & they refused. I understand the agreement & all but they could have had a heart & they did not because they don't care about customer service or people's lives & big decisions people make. They only care about the sale. They say they are customer friendly but this is so not true. So now I'm stuck with a car I don't want & there's nothing I can do about it. Just because they didn't have a heart. And they broke mine. Terrible terrible experience. More

I purchased a new SRT 8 charger today that was ordered on 1/2/12. I have to say this was probably the best experience I have had in my 40 years purchasing cars. From the date the car was ordered I was kept i 1/2/12. I have to say this was probably the best experience I have had in my 40 years purchasing cars. From the date the car was ordered I was kept informed of the progress through out the entire process. They gave me the best price of 5 dealers I contacted about the purchase of this car. I have a business trip planned tomorrow and wanted to take the new SRT. They went out of their way to make sure the car arrived in time for this to happen. The car was in the distribution lot waiting to be transported to the dealership and the dealer contacted regional management to ensure the car would arrive in time. On a side not I have 2 other dodge vehicles that I have had serviced at this dealer with nothing but 5 star service. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER!! More
This was the worst car dealership experience I have ever had. The sales people were extremely aggressive, pushy, and downright abusive when questioned on mechanical issues with the vehicle that were not vol had. The level of poor customer service ranges through all levels of this business, from the sales person, to the finance manager, to the general manager. They only care about getting your money and have no concern of the quality of service provided. Their practices are predatory and downright unethical. Would strongly advise avoiding this dealership.
