With his genuinely great attitude and patience with all our questions, we decided to buy. The manager who did all our paperwork was very professional but the highlight of our deal was when he at the end called Alex back, and called him Mary Poppins in a fun way, it made us feel that we were more than just a sale but actually welcome as part of a family. Purchased a jeep I went into this dealership to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Jake Thomas, the salesman was very nice and David Smoak worked with me to take the ca I went into this dealership to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Was lied to. Four days after buying our Chrysler town & country we had issues with. A/C going out, radiator leaking, bad ground cable connection, ect.
