He advised flushing and replacing the radiator fluids. He gives me great confidence about all my service needs. While waiting for the service to be completed, I went on the pre-owned vehicle lot to browse for trucks of comparable size and capability as my Dodge Dakota. Karen Tully, a very personable sales consultant, approached me with a pleasing smile and asked a few sincere questions about what I was seeking. She quickly showed me a couple of vehicles similar to my current Dakota and addressed comparisons in a knowledgeable and sincere manner. Anything she did not immediately know she sought help from more experienced sales colleagues and found dependable answers to my questions. She offered a test drive of a 2016 Nissan Frontier truck that attracted my attention. During the test drive she showed flexibility by selecting alternate routes that gave me the chance to experience performance on more curvy and bumpy roads. She was extremely helpful to guide me to assess what I was experiencing and to answer additional questions coming to me. Without undue pressure, she invited me inside to talk with a more experienced salesman about towing and power specifications for the Nissan Frontier compared to my Dakota. I started to feel my questions were being sincerely and fully addressed when Karen searched for specifications comparisons on Internet and with her boss. When she asked if I might be interested in making an offer, I answered affirmatively. We proceeded to structure a trade arrangement which she took to her boss. After a couple of tweets and my remaining concern about how the Nissan would fit my garage. She drew up an agreement for me to drive the truck to my house to park it in my garage for size and to allow my wife to see it. These actions were most helpful to confirm my sincere interest in this vehicle as a suitable replacement for my 2006 Dakota which I have dearly loved. Needless to say I became comfortable with the Nissan Frontier. I then completed a trade deal for which I am pleased. Thanks, "Tully" for your patience in getting me knowledgeable answers to my questions. We were also impressed with the highly professional assistance we received from Jake Thomas in closing the deal so smoothly by addressing all purchase, warranty, title, license, and tax issues. I am very satisfied with my dealings with Lake Keowee Dodge Chrysler. I look forward to a long service relationship with this company. Thanks! More

Couldn't have been any better. More
Liars, Cheats, & Lousy Customer Service DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I purchased a used 2014 Ram 1500 in January 2016. From start to finish, this was by far the WORST car buying exper DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I purchased a used 2014 Ram 1500 in January 2016. From start to finish, this was by far the WORST car buying experience I've ever had. I found the truck on cars.com. When I went to take a look at it, it wasn't there because "the manager's son was driving it, and he probably took it to lunch." I took time out of my lunch break to look at this vehicle, and I was told to come back later. When I finally was able to look at it and talk with the sales rep, I explained to him that I was purchasing it for my business, and for liability reasons I needed the truck to be in the business' name, and that I could be listed as secondary or back the loan. I then left to consider it, and when I decided to purchase it, I spoke with him again, and he told me I was approved and good to go. When I went back to the dealership, I was surprised to find out that the loan hadn't been approved in my business' name, but that I was approved with it in my name. At this point I was furious, as I had been dropped off by a co-worker (who was not able to pick me back up), and my next closest ride was over an hour away. After dealing with the sales rep and the finance manager, they finally were able to get the loan approved in the business' name (imagine that), but that it would be a little more than was previously told to me. The difference was a few bucks a month, and the truck had a good price, so I reluctantly accepted that offer. Now it gets good. When I went into the finance manager's office to sign the papers, they tried to increase the price of the truck by $600 or $700 (I can't remember) more than the listed price on cars.com. When I pulled out my phone to show the manager the listing, SURPRISE, it had been changed online as well, so I had no proof. He asked me if I had signed anything indicating the agreed upon price, at which point I said no (my fault, BUT you would think a large dealership would honor the original advertised price). They told me that this was the cost of certifying the vehicle (it was listed as certified pre-owned) and it was mistakenly left out of the original advertised price. At this point, I was ready to explode and walk out the door. Sensing they were going to lose the sale, a manager came in and pretended to do me huge favor and waive the cost of certifying the vehicle. So I signed the papers and bought the truck. Now, you would think this was the end, but it was not. When I had called the sales rep earlier in the day to let him know I'd take the truck, it was around 11:00am. I arrived at the dealership around 5:00pm, which gave them 6 hours to have it ready for me. Add on the four hours of trouble they caused me, and they had a total of 10 hours to prep the vehicle. When they pulled the vehicle up for me, THE FREAKING TIRE LIGHT WAS ON! How do you give a car to a customer, who just spend $25,000 plus on a vehicle, with the tire light on? This is such a simple thing to fix, yet it just added on to the fact that they could care less about my purchasing experience and just wanted my money. Then there was the gas tank. It had a half a tank of gas. When I asked about this, I was told that it is not their policy to sell used cars with a full tank of gas. Now, although this is a horrible policy to have, I may have accepted it, except as you'll recall from earlier in this review, THEY WERE DRIVING THE VEHICLE AROUND THEMSELVES! So they basically just drive their used cars on their lot and burn the gas out, and when they sell it they don't bother to refill it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Believe it or not, this is not the end. Several days later, I get a call from the finance manager saying that some of the paperwork was signed incorrectly. Although he agreed to meet me somewhere closer to my home, I had to take time out of my day and re-sign paperwork because they couldn't do their job right in the first place. DO NOT BUY FROM LAKE KEOWEE CHRYSLER!!!!! More

We called and were provided immediate information that helped us decide to make the trip to their store from Atlanta (1.5 hours away). We drove up on Friday afternoon and upon arriving they had the vehicle sitting out front and gave us a warm greeting. We took about 40 minutes to go over the vehicle (used 2015) and take it for a test drive. John walked us through every feature and pointed out everything he knew about the car. We took a drive with John and he explained additional features as we drove. Upon arrival back to the store, we knew it was the right car for us and they quickly processed the vehicle and we met with F&I to settle the terms. Everyone we encountered were friendly and knowledgable - there was never undue pressure to buy and they were very transparent about the process and pricing. Its nice to work with a Dealership that knows their product, answers all of your questions, and empowers you to make the right purchase decision. All-in, we walked in at 3pm and walked out with the vehicle at 5:30. An hour of the time was our inspection and test-drive, and hour and a half was securing the loan and terms. We definitely recommend checking them out when you are in the market to buy. More
