I drove home in a Strong RAM 2500 Diesel that will absolutely pull up stumps and look good doing it. I met the Management while there and I was shocked. They were nice people that wanted to make sure I was getting what I needed. My sales person didn't have to run out and back 10 times to get me a "better" deal either. We worked it out. If you see a guy drive by in a dark red 4x4 RAM 2500 diesel with a big smile then that will be me. Look for the "Lake Keowee" sticker on the back of the truck!! More

Service department Have had engine light problems with my Cherokee and had to take it back 3 times to get it fixed. First time it came back on the next day. Took it back and waited almost 2 hours only to be told it wasn't fixed and I had to bring it back but it would only "take 10 minutes" once they had the part. Brought it back and took another hour. Yes....It's been checked The buying experience was excellent and easy. Was told vehicle completely checked out and ready to go. From day 1 often smelled hot brakes. Ignored it as that smell is common with new brakes. Today, with less than 3000 miles since purchase, I'm here for an oil change and by the way can you check the brakes. Half an hour later I'm informed your rotors are glazed and need to be turned for 120 dollars. Guess the complete checkout wasn't so complete now was it!? More

Wasted 2 hours of my life.. Saw a used 2016 Ford Explorer listed on Lake Keowee Fords website. Drove over an hour to see it only to be told they had transferred it to their other Saw a used 2016 Ford Explorer listed on Lake Keowee Fords website. Drove over an hour to see it only to be told they had transferred it to their other location Lake Keowee Chrysler just hours before. So drove to new location met with Scott looked at the car went for a test drive. Noticed several things that did not seem right. Example painted tape still covering the back lens. Went back to dealership I asked for a Carfax report. Got it and saw where it had been in an accident. Ok so if I can live with that what kind of deal can we make? Scott walks over to another person I'm assuming a manager and this guy come in the office sits down and says I'm sorry we can't sell the car for the price we have listed... now this was no typo. It was in line with other on the market but this one had the colors we were looking for. He offered no options no apology just flat "we can't sell it for the price we have it listed for." Got up and walked out... He has to be one of the rudest people I have ever met. The lowest score you are able to give on here is 1 star or I would have rated it a negative 10. So two hours there was a WASTE. I will not be back nor will I ever refer anyone there. It could have been handled in a lot better way. More
