He even looked up the vin number and printed out the window sticker, and compared it to the one on his lot. He determined it must be a scam. Wrong! I made the trip and bought the vehicle for the advertised price...no hassles no problems, they even gave me what I wanted for my trade. The salesperson "Justin" was great and the finance guy "Dan" made that process a breeze. More

45 min oil change turned into a 3 1/2 hour oil change. When I arrived I was told “ only 2 ahead of you “ for an oil change. I had called before I came to dealership for this service , said not very busy. When I arrived I was told “ only 2 ahead of you “ for an oil change. I had called before I came to dealership for this service , said not very busy. I was asked if I wanted the ties rotated, my answer was no. The wait was getting longer and longer, the waiting room was emptying out pretty soon a mechanic comes out and says we are having a problem with the tire rotation, Why is that I say , we can’t find any key for the wheel locks. Wow! I didn’t want the tires rotated! He leaves, probably another 30 or ? Min go by , I am the only one left in your dealership, finally my 45 minute oil change is done. The guy at the counter says , sorry, we are short handed, I say you could have come and told me , and what about the tire rotation? This is the second time I have ended with an extremely looooong oil change time. It won’t happen again. More
