They fixed the bill I payed went out side to leave something about the truck didn't look right so back in asked how the rotation is done I was told they didn't know can I speak to the tech" ya" . the tech said he didn't rotate the tires there was a safety issue. so they decided to just let me leave and not tell me about the SAFETY ISSUE and not tell me about the work not completed that I had payed for I had to find out on my own that my truck needed an alignment and tires . a whole lot more communication was needed and not the RUDENESS that I got in the end . the customer service person became BELLIGERENT when clarification was ask for" there was nothing she could do" and what did I want her to do . someone should have told me about services not done and gone over the vehicle inspection and informed me that there was a SAFETY ISSUE that needed to be addressed before I left More

Scatter Brained and Words are Worthless I purchased a used truck from Lake Keowee CDJR, and if it was not the exact truck I was looking for, I would never have done business with this dealer I purchased a used truck from Lake Keowee CDJR, and if it was not the exact truck I was looking for, I would never have done business with this dealership. The salesman I was assigned to was inattentive and tried to smooth talk his way out of each mistake he made. I had to make an hour drive (one-way) 3 different times to finally get my punch list semi-completed because each of the first two times I went back, I was promised that everything would be finished. It was not even finished the third time, but my salesman neglected to call me to tell me that it was not ready all three times. It was a huge waste of time that I was not compensated for even though it was their fault. After the third trip up there, I was still left with a truck that had horribly unbalanced tires and keypad that I didn't have the code for but I was not willing to make a fourth trip back there. It took 10 days just to get a cracked mirror fixed because my salesman forgot to order the part. Maybe it was just the specific salesman, but I will not buy another vehicle from this dealership. More
