No customer service Dropped SUV off on a Thursday for a Friday appointment. Had two issues, one was a wheel sensor failure that would come and go. The other issue was taken care of. I got the vehicle back the following Friday. During those 7 days no person ever contacted me with an update. I either had to call them or there was no communication. One day when I called I was told they would call me back latter that day. There was no call back. Only call I received was to come and get the vehicle a week after stop off. More

I told him that Aramus and I had been communicating so I thanked him for his attention. Charlie stepped in for Aramus until he returned to the dealership. From there is was all hands on deck. Of course all customers want to be assured that they're getting the best deal possible, I wasn't any different. The staff that worked with mewas very courteous and patient. Feeling that they treated me right and gave me a reasonable deal, if I had to, i would take my business back to them. More

They suggested next time it happen I bring it in to be looked at sooner. However, the soonest the could see me for this appointment was 10 days after the day I called in about the problem. The transmission over heats after driving on the highway for awhile and will slowed down the vehicle which is a danger. I had record of this problem being fixed previously from the Virginia Beach Chrysler dealership 7 years ago, but they still would not do anything for me. Also, I spent 3.5hrs waiting to be told in the end nothing could be done. More

Regular Maintenance Schedule I called, in advance, to see if I needed an appointment for oil, filter and tire rotation. They said I did not. Took my 2019 Ram Big Horn in on a Thur I called, in advance, to see if I needed an appointment for oil, filter and tire rotation. They said I did not. Took my 2019 Ram Big Horn in on a Thursday morning and the work was completed while I waited. I was advised an approximate amount of time to complete the maintenance and it was only a short time longer than predicted. Not only did they do the maintenance checklist but I received a battery volt and cca receipt. More

No Pressure, Great Purchase For several years I've been wanting to buy a Jeep, and I recently moved to the area of Seneca. While I was getting my house in order I was staying in For several years I've been wanting to buy a Jeep, and I recently moved to the area of Seneca. While I was getting my house in order I was staying in an AirBNB right across the street from Lake Keowee Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I thought just for fun I'd go over and ogle some of the Jeeps, and there I met Justin Posey. Justin was very kind and friendly, he was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was shopping for, and most importantly, he wasn't pushy. He showed me around, we chatted, and we exchanged cell phone numbers. That was July 18, and the first text I received from him was Saturday the 20, which had nothing to do with a vehicle. He just wanted to see how we were settling in. Our next point of contact was July 31, initiated by me, and that was the day I bought my Jeep. (Over the course of 2 weeks, I received 1 text from Justin, not vehicle related, and I appreciated that. Most people don't like giving out their cell numbers to salesmen because they don't want to be harassed. I certainly wasn't.) I went in to talk to Justin about a Sarge Green 2016 75th Anniversary Edition Jeep, and as he had not been pushy trying to get me to come in, he also was not pushy trying to make a deal. He talked with me, asked questions, gave me the information I needed, and went on more than one occasion to bring the vehicle down to a price that I was happy with. We were able to come to an agreement that we were both happy with. Overall I had a fantastic experience at Lake Keowee Chrysler Dodge Jeep. There's no hesitation from me to recommend this dealer, especially Justin. It'll be a place I'll look for my next purchase. More
