No customer service Dropped SUV off on a Thursday for a Friday appointment. Had two issues, one was a wheel sensor failure that would come and go. The other issue was taken care of. I got the vehicle back the following Friday. During those 7 days no person ever contacted me with an update. I either had to call them or there was no communication. One day when I called I was told they would call me back latter that day. There was no call back. Only call I received was to come and get the vehicle a week after stop off. More

The transmission over heats after driving on the highway for awhile and will slowed down the vehicle which is a danger. I had record of this problem being fixed previously from the Virginia Beach Chrysler dealership 7 years ago, but they still would not do anything for me. Also, I spent 3.5hrs waiting to be told in the end nothing could be done. More
