Sub par I went in for a LOF, 23 point inspection, and rotation. Everything on the list was check as good. Knew I had slack tires when I went in. Get truck back with grease everywhere and oil all over the motor. Even grease on the inside of the windshield. Just got off a 16 hour shift so I just left without say anything. Get to the red light, giving the tire gauges time to adjust and now the front slack tires are on the back and still slack. Drive 4 miles down the road, just in case and nope they still slack on the back. Go back and say something about it all and get treated like a dumb female by service manager. Get store manager and get treated the same. This isn’t my first bad experience there either. I thought new help, better treatment. I was wrong. More

They didn't inform me of this until after the work was done and I had no choice but to pay the higher amount. When I complained they politely came up with some excuses. They also said an appointment would get us in faster but we still sat for an hour. To me this is unacceptable and I won't be back for routine maintenance More

I was a bit disappointed I made an appointment for 8 AM to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I got there at 7:45 AM figuring I would be one of the first people in line. I was the first person to come in to the customer service desk. It was a few minutes before 8 AM. My car was done at 9:30 AM. The CSR apologized for the time, but I was still pretty disappointed. I am not sure why I made an appointment. I also asked about the dent and paint touch up that I was told was part of my extended warranty and was told only the dent removal was covered not the touch up paint. I have a feeling I will hit 60,000 miles without a single claim, it is reinforcing my original response to an extended warranty and I will never purchase one again. When I first brought my car in for a oil change, which I was told by the sales rep that my first two oil changes were covered (but he was no longer working for the dealership). It would appear I was promised a lot from the sales person and the manager pushing (and I really mean pushing) extended warranty, I was mislead. I have come to not trust car sales people and all of this has not helped to change my opinion. I realize it is not always the case and maybe that is why the sales person was not working there 6 months after I purchased the car. Service experience I arrived at the service center about 0810. The lady at the service desk asked what she could do for me and I said I needed and oil change , filter ch I arrived at the service center about 0810. The lady at the service desk asked what she could do for me and I said I needed and oil change , filter change, and multiple point inspection. I had all the information and gave it to her. She said I will take care of it for you. I think she came back about 0850 and told me my car was ready. They were friendly, fast, and I was very happy as I had a doctors appointment locally for 940am . It worked perfectly and was done in a superb manner. More
Returning customer I have bought from other dealers in the past however none of them could beat Lake Keowee. I drive one hour for my purchase each time I buy. Warranty work, Recalls, and maintenance Took my Ram 2500 in for service, Warranty work (Washer fluid pump), recall work, and oil change & filter & fuel filters. It took a week to get an app Took my Ram 2500 in for service, Warranty work (Washer fluid pump), recall work, and oil change & filter & fuel filters. It took a week to get an appointment. Seems like the service shop juts doesn't have enough capacity. Every time I try to bring the truck in for service other than an oil change, it takes at least a week. The Pump for the windshield washer stopped working. I had to pay $100 deductible for it. The fuel filters were extremely expensive - each over $70. That seems excessive. More
