Quick Sale Found the right truck at the right time. The Dealership was quick and easy to work with, one of my best trips to buy a car. Found the right truck at the right time. The Dealership was quick and easy to work with, one of my best trips to buy a car. More

The problem is very pronounced to me and my husband so the fact that they couldn’t hear the sound I described I feel they didn’t know how to correct it. More
Bad mechanical service Their repair service did not know how to fix my car and without my permission sent it to another dealer for service. Still not fixed. Their repair service did not know how to fix my car and without my permission sent it to another dealer for service. Still not fixed. More

My service advisor's were there by 7:30 am and had overnight drop offs in the Techs stalls and waiters written up before 8:00 am. Your cashier was out for some reason and the SA had to run the ticket and then collect the payment, which I also found strange. When my cashier was out for any reason, someone from the office staff manned the cashiers desk. Why on earth would you want a customer who has money in their hands have to wait to give you that money and then have to wait for the SA to finish writing up another customer in addition. I know the dealer knows where the sales department is and knows how to get there from the customer service waiting area but those of us that have never been to your store before do not, so we just have to wander through a door to the long hallway which leads to the sales department. Would not SALES, NEW CARS or if you want to be cute YOUR NEXT NEW CAR stenciled on the door not be helpful? I found the sales floor and looked at the four or five units on the floor, not seeing what I was after I wondered the sales lot for over a 1/2 hour looking at Grand Cherokees as mine is coming off lease in the next 45 days. BTW nice Bentley Coupe. Not one person asked if they could be of any help. Sales must be good. I also saw your big sign that says something to the effect that you have a lot of cars and I should ask for what I want. That would have been easier to do if one was available. The only person that recognized me in anyway other than the SA was a sales or marketing person that had come onto the sales floor through the side door and was then met by a very tall gentlemen who was in an office on the floor. The marketing guy said hello to me as we came face to face, in being courteous as I walked by, while he was waiting for your employee the GM or SM I'm guessing. Your employee just walked by me as did everyone else without any acknowledgement. It has occurred to me by the list of employees you have listed service is not as important as sales at your store. Even on your website in your About Us section all you have listed under the Meet Our Staff is yourself and three others directly related to New Car Sales then your Receptionist. Not sure why the Controller and Title Clerk are more important than your Service Director-Manager and Parts Manager. I had to get my repair order to see my SA's name because none of your advisor's are listed just sales people. With that in mind your sales and management team should know that an old man, walking the lot, even dressed in shorts, a T shirt and a ball cap may be capable of buying any car you have on that lot, yes including the Bentley. I was in your store getting the oil changed on my 2017 Grand Cherokee. It is a lease and is to be turned in at the end of November. I could have just passed on that $65 oil change but that isn't the right thing to do. I need another JEEP to replace this one because I need a car that can be towed behind my 2018 44' Class A Newmar Dutch Star motor home and my other vehicle a Mercedes Benz E 350 Cabriolet just can not be towed nor do I want to. Thank you for your time. More
Unbelievably helpful and fast My son attends Clemson University and a few weeks ago we received a recall for the transmission shift cable for his car. We were planning on having it My son attends Clemson University and a few weeks ago we received a recall for the transmission shift cable for his car. We were planning on having it taken care of when he came home to Camden for fall break. The car had other ideas. It disconnected while he was driving to class and he coasted into an illegal parking spot and walked the rest of the way to class. I called the dealer and spoke with Nathan and explained the situation. He said they would be there until 6:00pm and if AAA could get it there by 4:00 we could have it the same day. That is impressive considering this was at 3:00. Of course AAA didn't/couldn't deliver the car to them until 5:30. The car was ready the next day by noon and they kept us in the "loop" with emails to us and phone calls to my son. We are a Dodge family and I am extremely impressed with the service we received from this dealer. We have never had issues with sales depts at other dealers but usually the service dept. had been less than stellar. Not the case with this dealer. Absolutely amazing, courteous service. My family highly recommends this dealer. More
Oil change and air filter. 1hour and 45 min Great service. Just takes longer than the quick lube. Tires are almost wore out and they wouldn’t rotate. Bought tires there and was told I’d get 3600 Great service. Just takes longer than the quick lube. Tires are almost wore out and they wouldn’t rotate. Bought tires there and was told I’d get 36000 miles. I have just over 21000 miles and customer service rep said that they couldn’t do anything about the tires wearing out so quick. I won’t be buying tires for the dealership again. Told me one thing to make a sell but won’t back up there product. More
New process with ipad check in sucks in a major way. Upon arrival, there is no logic to the area for the cars to que up. Just random cars parked in various formation. No signage as to where to pull up. Upon arrival, there is no logic to the area for the cars to que up. Just random cars parked in various formation. No signage as to where to pull up. No signage as to what to do -- except a door marked "service" Upon entering "service", no one to greet you, you just look around. Found someone, who says, "we have a new system, go outside with your car...." Upon going back outside, I notice a guy helping someone. He walks past me. He goes inside, for about 10 min or so, all the time, I'm wondering what is going on... Then he emerges, "sorry for the wait" Plugs in a device and types furiously on his ipad, seemingly writing a new version of Moby Dick... After that --- I leave....car done on time, no issues. The check in process really, really, really sucks. Most likely back to Jeep dealership in Anderson from now on. More
