Bad experience with a scheduled appointment I scheduled a tune up in advance about 5 days. Was told to bring it at 8:30am on a Friday. I dropped it off the night before. The service guy called to let me know it needed a tune up. I called back and left a message to go ahead with the service. I called 4 different times throughout the day with no answer. At the end of the day I finally got someone on the phone and was told they were too busy and lost my service ticket so no work got done. I could reschedule for another time instead of saying we can do it first thing in the morning the next day. Seeing that my car should’ve been the first one with an 8:30am appointment not sure how this occurred. However I will not get any more service nor buy another car from them. More
