In tracking my settlement claim I learned I had fulfilled all the requirements except for having the truck "approved emission modifications installed. When I contacted a representative @ FCA, I was informed their records did not show that the work had been done. When I advised her I had a receipt from 4 months ago showing the "complete open recall/rrt completed" she verified this with your current service manager. and then told me I would have to deliver my truck back to your dealership to have you verify the installation.within three days and she would contact your service manager that following Monday to verify I had done so. This required e 3 hrs. drive time from my home in Travelers Rest, and I will probably not continue to have the truck serviced @ Lake Keowee as I have for all the past 5K mile intervals.. More

Paid for non-repair Even though I made an appointment for the same problem that I had with my heat not working less than a year ago, the service department did not repair Even though I made an appointment for the same problem that I had with my heat not working less than a year ago, the service department did not repair the problem this time either. My heat on the driver's side still is blowing cold air. When I called to let them know, I was told that they could not get my car back in to check on why it was still blowing cold air instead of heat. I asked if they even tried the heat before calling me to pick up my car, but my question was not answered. I paid the bill but have to be inconvenienced again to bring my car back. More
