Beware the multipoint inspection report. Bought my used 2006 Ram 2500 at Lake Keowee CDJ in 2016 and have regularly had serviced there since. Always had green check (good) on brake pads. Several days after last oil change with multipoint inspection noting green on brake pads, I started hearing metal on metal sound from brakes. I went back and asked for them to check it out, but was told appointment would be several days out to do this. Drove away, went to Durham's and got them to check. Rotors had to be replaced, along with brake pads. Took ruined rotors back to Lake Keowee CDJ and asked for refund of cost of rotors. Service manager was "busy" so left my phone number. He never called. Went back and asked to see service manager. He was "out". Left another note to call me. He never did. I am done. Bottom line Keowee CDJ - DO NOT TELL CUSTOMERS BRAKE PADS ARE GOOD UNLESS YOU VERIFY THEY ARE GOOD. More
