Took longer than expected and no one explained why. They said it would take 1 hr. At 1:45 I asked why it was taking so long. The answer was ""Oh it's done they just need to bring it around". Beware the multipoint inspection report. Bought my used 2006 Ram 2500 at Lake Keowee CDJ in 2016 and have regularly had serviced there since. Always had green check (good) on brake pads. Seve Bought my used 2006 Ram 2500 at Lake Keowee CDJ in 2016 and have regularly had serviced there since. Always had green check (good) on brake pads. Several days after last oil change with multipoint inspection noting green on brake pads, I started hearing metal on metal sound from brakes. I went back and asked for them to check it out, but was told appointment would be several days out to do this. Drove away, went to Durham's and got them to check. Rotors had to be replaced, along with brake pads. Took ruined rotors back to Lake Keowee CDJ and asked for refund of cost of rotors. Service manager was "busy" so left my phone number. He never called. Went back and asked to see service manager. He was "out". Left another note to call me. He never did. I am done. Bottom line Keowee CDJ - DO NOT TELL CUSTOMERS BRAKE PADS ARE GOOD UNLESS YOU VERIFY THEY ARE GOOD. More

2016 Dodge Ram 1500 I took my Ram in for service due to a exhaust leak, while removing the head they broke a bolt of in the head. A $500 dollar job turned into a $1900 dollar job due to them breaking the bolt off. If I had not had extra coverage I would have had to cover the bill. I think they should have took care of some of the charges because they were at fault. More

The technician was unable to diagnose the check engine light, requiring me to come back for another appointment for the senior diesel technician to diagnose it.
