Booked an appointment for 1:00 for a diagnostic check for a starting issue. They asked to keep it overnight but didn’t have any courtesy cars available. So, in a hurry, nearing closing time, they assembled t a starting issue. They asked to keep it overnight but didn’t have any courtesy cars available. So, in a hurry, nearing closing time, they assembled the battery components back together but forgot to put the engine coolant ductwork back on (2017 Pacifica). I only noticed several days later. To me, this is just not the level of attention needed by a dealership, even in stressful situations like this. More
Terrible customer service in service department. Good luck trying to reach them via telephone. Service Manager, Randy, is the worst. He will lie to you to your face. I would recommend taking your vehicle to McKinney JeepDodge in Easley, at least they are honest and very approachable. Took 4 months and 4 trips for pictures to be taken to resolve an issue. The service supervisor, Jim, had told me it would be taken care of. I go into the dealership only to find out he had been fired. My issue had started before he was hired. When I went in for my second visit, Randy had apologized for not getting back in touch with me and introduced me to Jim and said things would work much smoother. He is a man with no integrity and is obviously not a great manager. That department is in total chaos. Nobody there seems to know what is going on. The latest issue I had repaired there I had to take my vehicle back because they didnt put a part back on correctly. I have told everyone to avoid this dealership until they get better management. Unsatisfactory and careless work I arrived for an oil change on my Jeep Patriot I purchased from there a few hours before my family was to bury my wife's father. I was told I had burned out headlamp that would only take 5 minutes or so to replace and I authorized the work to be done. 45 minutes later I was told the bad headlamp had accidentally been dropped into the body of the car, but they were working on it and should have it out soon. Time continued to pass and nothing. I went into the managers office and stated I must have this vehicle back as my family had a funeral to get to. I was told they were adding another man to the job. after three hours of waiting on this most horrible day with family arriving from across the country, I unable to be with mine because Lake Keowee couldn't change a simple head lamp. It was a horrible stressful experience. I told them that if Mark Williams had been there he would not have tolerated this unsatisfactory service. More
