Great Experience I recently purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Lake Keowee Jeep and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy and they really cared enough to find the right vehicle for me. The first person that assisted me was the internet rep Misty and she emailed and texted me photos of Jeep's that she thought that I would like and she followed up to see if I had questions or wanted more options. When I went to the dealership the salesman, Kelly, was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of and that all of my questions were answered. All of the other staff that I encountered from the financial staff to the manager and others were friendly and great to deal with. I would definitely recommend Lake Keowee Jeep and I will return to them the next time I need a vehicle. More
I would stay far away from this dealership mainly the service department. They aren't honest at all. I had rotors and brakes put on my car in 2019. After they put them on I kept having trouble with my ca service department. They aren't honest at all. I had rotors and brakes put on my car in 2019. After they put them on I kept having trouble with my car shaking when applying the brakes. When that happens normally it's the rotors. So I took my car back and they replaced one of the rotors due to a crack in it. After that fix, I kept feeling the same shake. So I took my car back AGAIN. Another rotor was replaced because it was warped. After this fix the shake is still present. I also received a call from an associate their inviting me to come in to discuss trading my car in and she mentioned my car was in high demand. I explained I wasn't searching for a new vehicle. This lady was very persistent. I didn't waste my time and I will not step foot back on that lot. So, I took my car to a place I should have been taken it all along. They told me the shake is from the suspension system. It's two parts that's broke. They showed my husband and my husband was SHOCKED and thankful that nothing bad has happened while I was driving. My kids are in my car all the time. I'm beyond xxxx at the dishonesty and that the mechanics don't know crap. Save yourself t More
Great dealership overall. Worst service trip I’ve had in 5 years. I went for oil/filter change and tire rotation. When I finally went to pick up my key and pay, they had replaced the cabin air filter. If th 5 years. I went for oil/filter change and tire rotation. They didn’t tell me and when I received the write up it said I had requested it. Was a totally different group of people in the service department. The last few times I’ve taken the truck in, they were great. Put the ladies back in there that were there 3 months ago. This group doesn’t seem to know what’s going on. It was busy but they seemed to be overwhelmed by the paperwork. I don’t mind the wait if I’m treated fairly in what is being done. So I paid the $78 instead of $19 tire rotation. I had previously paid for 4 oil changes. This is not the way service Visits should be handled. More
This visit marks the second visit I’ve made that was not great. I’ve usually had a very nice experience at this dealership,so I’m not sure what’s happened. I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I was left waiting almost two and a half hours without anyone coming to update as to what was going on. Granted, I would have understood if the department was running a bit behind. After a customer who came after me was helped and checked out, I finally went to ask what the status of my service was. I went up to one of the staff who had just finished with a client, only to be diverted to a second staff member who was on the phone assisting someone else. She said, the second staff member had to help me because she was whom I spoke to upon entering. Once she was off the phone, she walked over to a third staff member to ask if he had a “waiter” in his paper stack. He responded no. When he and the second employee began looking through the stack, my paperwork was found. I was told it must have fallen off the counter. I was finally able to leave after being there an excess amount of time. In the past, I was updated if things were running behind, but this time I was not. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was a Friday afternoon, but if I had not went to ask, I probably would have still been sitting there waiting.I did notice all the employees were new, so I’m not sure if they’re still getting the hang of things, but I was left disappointed this trip. The name on my receipt is Blake, but I didn’t speak to him at all, I only spoke to a female whose name I do not recall. More
