I had my oil changed 2 weeks ago, all other systems checked out as ok at that time. So I was very surprised when my car didn’t start on a recent cool morning. It was a Sunday, so I couldn’t do anythi checked out as ok at that time. So I was very surprised when my car didn’t start on a recent cool morning. It was a Sunday, so I couldn’t do anything about it until the next day. Monday morning, I drove to the dealership as soon as they opened and was serviced right away by Caleb. One hour lasted I had a new battery! It was greatly appreciated. More

Service itself was great - 5 stars. People were great. Reason for lower rating was that I made a 7am appointment. When I got there I was told that the auto techs do not start until 8am. Was told that their website scheduling app was not updated with the correct service hours. Then either update the website or take the xxxx thing down. So frustrating, since when I went to the website to get the phone number to call, I was encouraged to schedule the service online. Get it right, Lake Ford! One more try before you are blacklisted. More

The service seemed to take a lot longer than it should have, but at least the job was done. The only other thing is that I don't know why the guy that parked the car afterwards had to engage the parking have, but at least the job was done.
