Took my 2012 Lincoln MKX in for spongy brake pedal. Found out on the NHTSA website this is an all too common problem and dangerous as well. Had to wait almost a week for the part. It was supposedly fixed, fl out on the NHTSA website this is an all too common problem and dangerous as well. Had to wait almost a week for the part. It was supposedly fixed, fluid leaking when we got home, only to have to return the vehicle the next day to get the brake lines bled again. Spent $1400 to fix a problem on a vehicle with 60k miles. Very disappointed. Vehicle wasn’t even washed, we had to ask to ask to get that done! By the way, we own 3 Ford products! We have taken our other vehicles to Lake in the past and have been extremely happy with the service and price, but this was a sticker shock, and told we “should get additional work done to the tune of 3k, again with only 60k miles. Yikes! On a positive note, Craig did get us a loaner vehicle for the week, which was appreciated.Staff is courteous and friendly. Scheduling is easy and timely. More

5 stars for sure. I bought my truck at a different Ford dealer and going there always seemed like I was inconveniencing them. I really didn't feel appreciated. I live close enough to Lake Ford and decided to stop in for service. Normally I'm loyal to the dealership I buy my cars from, but Lake Ford has my business from now on.
