Had oil change and tires rotated the other day. Caleb scheduled my appointment at the time I requested and took care of me when I came in. He explained everything that was done. Service was average but I had to keep informing the advisor of the Ford points and other discounts that I was eligible for. The positive was the waiting areas are very comfortable and accommodating. Lake Chevrolet across the street is much better as far as service. Lake Ford could use a little fine tuning. Might be possible that they were busy or maybe the advisor was having a bad day. I was also disappointed as a customer that I had to pay $80 for a diagnostic for a bad shock. I’d figured since I’ve been a customer for years, bought the extra extended warranty and it’s a Ford certified car that something like that at least would’ve been less expensive to look into. More
