8 weeks ago had my oil changed at Lake Ford, next morning 12" diameter of oil on my garage floor. had to bring it back. Fast forward to this week Monday. Was replaced with new one under warranty, only the have it loose and rattling when driving on the way home, I took it apart and found the plastic gromet missing in the body to secure it. Called and had Chuck check the old light and indeed the gromet was still on the old light, again had to return to get the missing part, and I installed it myself in your parking lot. I'm very glad I don't need engine work. And if I did Lake Ford would be my last choice for service. More

We had a small emergency repair needed on the glass hinge on the door of our Ford Escape. Craig was able to get us in and we were back in the road in a couple of hours.
