I gave approval for the work to be done, based on the price I was quoted. However when I picked up my car, I was changed $120.00 more. While Lake Ford did a great job repairing my car, I had to bring it back to have additional collision work done. I feel that the body shop should’ve called me to let me know more repair work was needed ra to bring it back to have additional collision work done. I feel that the body shop should’ve called me to let me know more repair work was needed rather than me finding it on my own. They did fix the additional issues but it was inconvenient for me to bring my car back. More
