Brought my truck in at an 8am appointment for rattling in the front end. Eight hours later I had still not heard anything. Called and was told my truck was ready. Went to pick it up. They said it was a loose the front end. Eight hours later I had still not heard anything. Called and was told my truck was ready. Went to pick it up. They said it was a loose heat shield that had been tightened up and the problem was solved. Paid $225. Pulled out of the lot, and it is still rattling. More
