Every time I bring my vehicle in for service something goes wrong. Either they completely forgot about my vehicle or as they stated to me”even though you have a scheduled appointment our tech’s are backe goes wrong. When I try to explain my issues with the manager Al I get is “I’m not listening to he said she said.” I shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable every time I bring my vehicle in for so called free oil changes. I’ve been a very loyal customer over the past 20 years, but because of the horrible customer service I will be taking my business elsewhere!! More
The overall experience was fine. Part of the "works" package I paid for includes a car wash. That was never done. I understand that maybe it was too cold to actually wash the car but that should have been communicated with me, the customer. The prices have gone up but the service has gone down or stayed the same. More
