After being a Lake Ford service customer for many years this terrible service experience means I will NEVER come back again. Essentially I paid 240 bucks for an oil change and advice that would have taken this terrible service experience means I will NEVER come back again. Essentially I paid 240 bucks for an oil change and advice that would have taken a qualified service tech about 2 minutes. Total Rip Off! Am also livid about your new text message contact system with the service advisor, now they won't even talk to me? They are rude to begin with, maybe that's why they don't want to talk to customers? Not only will I never rerurn, every chance I get I will tell others to never go to Lake Ford. More

Very helpful in getting everything on my bóchele serviced and even check over any other issues. Completely handled all the concerns I had, went above and beyond and even made what wasn’t caught on the first and even check over any other issues. The repairs all made my truck much and more reliable for my entire family. He also took care of making sure my warranty covered everything that need to be repaired. Called to confirm that everything would be taken care of and when to expect to commence and finish the work. Would definitely be coming back to do business here. More
