Still charged me a hundred dollar deductible to what appears was an existing condition. More
I can get in whenever needed. Quality of work is good. The one item is that with the car they sold an extended warranty and when I did have work done I don’t believe they allowed Quality of work is good. Brought my car in to get new battery cables only. I was quoted $720 to replace a bunch of stuff for the battery. I told them no, just the cables. Craig told me the cost to put them in would be $350. Overpriced in my opinion, but I don’t have the expertise. I agreed to the 350, but they didn’t have me sign any paperwork. Brought it in on a Friday, they didn’t have the part for some reason, and told me Monday. So I went the entire weekend without my car. I needed it for Monday for my everyday life, and then they didn’t finish the car until Tuesday. Thought that would be the last of my troubles. I got the bill to see the charge for $350 and then $150 in parts and $27 in shop supplies. Totaling about $550 after tax. So I was lied to, made to wait, and they basically scammed me. I will not be returning. Con artists. More
