Very annoyed honestly, and it takes a lot for me to get like that. My car has had the same issue from Sep-Dec, and still hasn't been resolved. I've brought my car in several times, only to find out that I like that. My car has had the same issue from Sep-Dec, and still hasn't been resolved. I've brought my car in several times, only to find out that I drove for nothing and the issue can't be fixed today. They never offer any sort of extras for the inconveniences, and nothing more than small apologies. I will say that I've canceled a time or two, but doing all the driving gets tiring when your issue is being dragged out. The team member helping has been nice, but unfortunately that isn't enough to brush over the entire issue. I recently brought it in, then was told they weren't able to get to it and had to leave my car there overnight, only then to receive a call the next day that again they weren't able to fix my issue as they sold the part needed.
