Front left actuator I went in to have my front left actuator fixed. This was a repair made a year ago and the part failed. The service team was able to help fix this prob I went in to have my front left actuator fixed. This was a repair made a year ago and the part failed. The service team was able to help fix this problem and were fair with the pricing. At first the problem was not resolved but they were persistent to get the job done right and make sure I was a repeat customer in the process. I will be returning in the future for any service needs. Service department refused to fix the problem I brought my 2018 f150 in for a rear end noise twice. The first time they told me it was low on fluid but could not find a leak. They did agree tha I brought my 2018 f150 in for a rear end noise twice. The first time they told me it was low on fluid but could not find a leak. They did agree that the noise was apparent during normal driving. They topped off the fluid and sent me on my way with total disregard to actually repairing the problem. I brought it back about a week or so later with the noise still very apparent. They kept the truck overnight and called the next day saying that the noise was not excessive enough to warrant a repair. Allegedly, 2 other f150s that they compared it to made the same noise. However the one I was issued as a loaner vehicle made no abnormal sounds at all. More

Poor Service I had a noise once I left the dealership after my oil change. All I wanted was an oil change and when it was done Craig said we rotated your tires. I had a noise once I left the dealership after my oil change. All I wanted was an oil change and when it was done Craig said we rotated your tires. I did not want my tires rotated since the place I brought them does that for free. I came back later that day and had a mechanic ride in the the car to hear the noise and he put it on the rack and said they could not find anything and thought it was something to do with my brake pads. I asked Craig if it was safe to drive my vehicle and he said that I would have to make an appointment for next week to figure out what was making that noise. I could not get in on Saturday. I am very disappoint in the way things were handled. Thankfully I have friends who work on cars and they informed me that whomever did my tire rotation they DID NOT tighten the lug nuts. I am not sure I want to return to your dealership for any other service in the future. More
