Thanks for the feedback Mike! The recent cold weather really packed our service department, so we did get a little busy. We have 5 Service Advisors during the week and usually have 2 on Saturdays, but this past Saturday, our second advisors new born came down with a nasty fever and he needed to spend the day at home keeping an eye on him. We sincerely apologize but this was a rare incident. We'll be back to 2 advisors moving forward! Jason Enders-VP/General Manager

Excellent feedback! Each of our Service Advisors has a direct line, so our customers do not have to go through a receptionist or an automated system.
