I received a recall notice I called to make the appointment and was informed the parts had to be ordered and they w The service staff was outstanding. I received a recall notice I called to make the appointment and was informed the parts had to be ordered and they would contact me when they were in. Two days later they called me stating the parts had arrived I scheduled an appointment for the next day. I dealt with three different service associates who all knew what I was talking about because the associates I had previously dealt were busy with other customers. Overall great experience. More

Unorganized and slow response Took a while to speak to someone and once we did they didn’t have the answers to our questions immediately. New front brakes, air filter, and battery Service was excellent, don’t in a timely matter. Only complaint I have was the cost. Over 500.00 to due just the front brakes then another 200.00 for Service was excellent, don’t in a timely matter. Only complaint I have was the cost. And the extra maintenance package I bought with the truck didn’t cover any of this. More

Great Job! Craig was wonderful, as always. Our van’s starter went bad. The starter wasn’t in stock at the dealership and was backpordered from Ford. Craig fou Craig was wonderful, as always.
