Air bag recall Received recall in the mail and called Braeger Ford to schedule the repair. Appointment was in the near future. Clearing up a 2 year problem I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I happen to ask if they could let me know if my tires were going bad, then I said there was a rattle u I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I happen to ask if they could let me know if my tires were going bad, then I said there was a rattle under the car, and then I just happen to mention, my car turns completely off at stop signs now that it’s not winter. I mean this is major. People get mad behind you when you have to throw it in park and restart your car. It’s been happening for 2 years so I was turning off the the stop start function. They could help when I bought the car but now they were able to reprogram it. I’m feeling good. It’s been one week and it hasn’t turned off. Plus my tires are good and no rattle. Chad was so calm and just kept taking it all in and I appreciate him being patient with me. I also really appreciate the van service to work and am grateful it was done by lunch time. Thank you. Goes the extra mile I purchased my Ford F-150 here in 2015 and have brought it back here for regular maintenance ever since.
