Unfortunate Experience Had my vehicle serviced at this location. Had a unpleasant experience that has left a bad impression on the quality of service and trustworthiness of Had my vehicle serviced at this location. My vehicle was inspected and when I picked up my vehicle on the drive home a indicator light that I had never seen flashed on the dashboard. I called the service center back to inform them of it. After paying $880 for a minimal AC repair and belt replacement was told that it would be a couple hundred dollars to look at the indicator light. umm... ok. So in the multi-point inspection everything was good no lights nothing after service a indicator light emerges and I now have to pay in less than 10 hours from pick up for another inspection. I called the manager to get thing cleared up. Mistakes happen we are all human. Manager didn’t call me back had the then service rep call me back and say ok bring it in and we will tell you how much it is. Ok. How is that different? so incredibly disappointing. Lost trust, feel ripped off. More
